Our team of trusted professionals are the most experienced around and we are here to help you. Your event is important to us and we pride ourselves on providing friendly, helpful and valuable service. When you need your event to be perfect, call the perfectionists: North Coast Events! Our team has so much experience in all things AV it's not even funny.

For over 20 years Sean Latham has been behind the scenes for most of Byron Bay's events, designing light shows, managing the Blues Festival Crossroads stage or the Global Village area in Splendour in the Grass, building the local radio station and helping the local community in so many ways that he won an award 'going the extra mile for community'. During the 90's and early 00's Sean was on the NYE safety management committee for the large crowds that came to the iconic street parties that attracted tens of thousands of people. His knowledge, depth of understanding and passion for events is exemplary and he is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. His phone is constantly ringing with people asking for help with their event and he is always kind and trustworthy.

Dan Cassidy is the other partner in the business and his foundation in all things audio stems from nearly 20 years in radio and behind the DJ turntables. Musician, DJ, producer and now lighting guy, Dan is the man who will bend over backwards to make sure your event sounds perfect. Dan has a great register of other local DJ's which he has personally chosen to be a part of the North Coast Events roster.

Robert 'Jaz' Jazwinski is the NCE Chief Technical Officer with degrees in both Electronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He has more event management experience than just about anybody and has lent his helping hand to Glastonbury Festival, Splendour in the Grass, Boomerang Festival, and many others. His knowledge of all things electrical is boundless and his ear for audio engineering is well recognized both here and abroad. I keep checking to see if his ears are bigger than normal. His generous spirit often leads him to helping many of our local schools and community organizations with their events.

Andrew 'Rusty' Russell is our super all-rounder who has had years of experience with large corporate events in Sydney including the Opera House. His quietly spoken input is always held in high regard and his knowledge across the board from audio, lighting, draping, staging the works, is extensive.
